Into the Vale is an alternate-universe, crossover roleplay forum, combining concepts of Monty Oum’s RWBY and pokemon. Being an alternate-universe forum, none of the characters that existed in RWBY (or pokemon for that matter) will be present here. This forum contains ONLY original, fan made characters.
We strive to be a forum that is friendly and safe. Do not share any private information, such as real names, addresses, phone numbers, etc, with ANYONE, not even admin or staff.
Be respectful, be positive, and have fun! Don’t be afraid to ask the admin or staff any questions; we’re here to help, not to intimidate. Be polite to your fellow roleplayers so we can create a comfortable environment.
Your avatar must be 150 x 150 pixels. No more. No less.
We ask that your avatar be a picture of your character's faceclaim.
Please do not have huge, bulky, eye blistering signature images.
This forum is rated PG-13. That means that all materials, such as violence, language, or sexual content, needs to be kept in the appropriate range. We want to be mature, but we also need to be considerate of others. If you ever worry your content might be pushing it too far, ask an admin or staff member.
Do not “god-mod”. In case you are unsure of what this means, God-modding is where you exert too much control over other people’s characters, the world, or events that your character would normally have no control over. Be fair, be reasonable, and understand your character cannot always come out on top.
At the moment, we do not have strict posting requirements, such as word counts; however, we are a semi-literate forum. We want to see detailed, interesting posts! Don’t get lazy and sloppy, and, for the love of humanity, please make sure your posts are legible, and won’t give anyone a migraine.
We run on liquid time. This means you can have your character in more than one thread at a time. Of course, don’t go overboard with this. We don’t want to see a single character is ten threads at a time.
Please don’t bring your real world problems here. Most people join forums in order to escape reality. This is not a place to get real world help and advice.
At the moment, each member is limited to five characters. That means you can only create five characters, assuming you can keep each one active.
Each character must be on a different account. Also, you are welcomed to use whatever username you want; but, once your character is accepted, admin will change your visible name to your character’s name.
