The Coliseum

Attached to the Main Building is the Coliseum. While it is not large enough to seat all the students, it's a good enough size for a crowd. There is a large center field where students may duel. Spiraling around the center are raised seats where others can watch safely.

Residential District

The Residential District is just as its name implies. Various types of homes are scattered about this section of the city. Closer to the industrial district are the lower class homes and cheaper apartments. Closer to the commercial district are the middle class homes. Deeper in the city, resting on hilltops and in gated communities are the upper class homes and mansions.

As its name would suggest, the Red Light District is located on a more dangerous side of town. Beacon Academy students might find themselves in a bit of trouble if caught here after dark. This district contains bars, night clubs, black market shops, and other such infamous establishments.

Port Royal

This passive port is the key location of Vale's shipping industry. Massive ships containing merchandise are constantly coming and going. Travelers often will come by boat as it is the easiest way to get to Vale. The nearby fishing market is almost always running, even at night.

Agricultural Outskirts

A few miles out of town reside the Agricultural Outskirts. This massive part of Vale contains miles and miles of farming territories. Many farmers take great pride over their crops and livestock. Outside of Vale

If you wander far to the north of Vale, you will be facing miles upon miles of vast wilderness. The trees grow close together, the mountains tower in the distance, and who knows what kind of creatures are lurking in the shadows, waiting for you to turn your back. It would be unwise to go alone.

Deep in the Vast Wilderness outside of Vale, about a two day hike into the mountains, will lead to the Plymouth Caves. There are dozens of these caves scattered about the various mountains; there are even many caves deep underground, buried, lost, and forgotten. This place is very dangerous due to the large number of Grimm that gather here; however, due to the vast quantities of dust, many miners will make the trip out here hoping they can get rich.

The Town of Varen sits on the coastline, about thirty miles from Vale. Due to the mountains in-between, this town can only be reached by boat or plane. This little town is not known to be a location of battle, as there is no academy to train hunters. They more of a cultural location, specializing in festivals, spiritual rituals, and large events. Due to its location, few tourists come through it, so this town mostly contains locals. The town's roads are cobblestone pathways with buildings packed in close together. Paper lanterns hang between buildings and over streets and stone lion statues are everywhere.

The Blue Sea is the largest ocean in this realm. It acts as a great highway for ships to carry cargo and passengers from Vale to other cities on continents far, far away. The shoreline that rests on Vale's borders is calm, but the deep ocean might not always be that way.

Far from Vale, across the Blue Sea, is the Village of Vanora, a town that rests along the waves. A little off from the continent is a series of mountainous islands. This village has built various homes and businesses on the islands and floating atop the waters. It is a small, peaceful village, though Grimm from the ocean have been known to be devastating. People often come here because fishermen are willing to sell water dust that they have found on their journeys.

Deep within the legendary Maze of Mountains is the beautiful city of Valharen. This magnificent city was built into the mountain, to become apart of it. Structures are either built alongside the mountain, atop steep slopes, or rest alongside the beautiful river that blows within. There are magnificent waterfalls galore and endless sights to take in. One of the most amazing sights to see is Bernvien Academy.

About thirty miles from Veinwood City, deep into the jungles of the continent rests the Ruins of Viernell. About five hundred years ago, this was a bustling city, being home to mostly Faunus. Legend goes that humans invaded the city and attempted to take as many slaves as they could and killed any who stood in their way or fought back. The Faunus proved to be far more challenging than they had anticipated. The great battle resulting in the city burning to the ground, leaving behind these famous, but dangerous, ruins.
